The service center did a great job on my oil change. The waiting room was clean and had nice amenities to enjoy. My only complaint was I had to wait a hour and a half before my service was complete. One star is too high. We have had terrible service on multiple occasions. This time, you had our car for 7 weeks. You called and said it was ready. I got to the dealership We have had terrible service on multiple occasions. This time, you had our car for 7 weeks. You called and said it was ready. I got to the dealership and was told it wouldn’t start and had to be jumped off because the battery was dead. I had to drive it straight to Firestone to get a new battery. I don’t know how this was missed while replacing an engine. A week after picking up the car from having the entire engine replaced, the car overheated again. The same problem as before. We barely made it to the dealership to be repaired again. Terrible customer service. You lost a sell of a new Jeep because we don’t want to have to deal with the service department. More

I called and was told my oil change would take a couple of hours without an appointment. 6 hours later they hadn’t began working on it and they almost made me late. It’s okay to take 6 hours or longer but of hours without an appointment. 6 hours later they hadn’t began working on it and they almost made me late. Lack of diagnostic technicians had me waiting over two months to get my truck checked out,. This needs improvement. I’ve brought my truck in over 10 times due to continuous problems with the def sensor. N months to get my truck checked out,. This needs improvement. I’ve brought my truck in over 10 times due to continuous problems with the def sensor. No I am not able to leave my truck for a month or whenever you can get to it. Eddie and crew are great. They can only work within the parameters they are given. They take the brunt of customer flack with true professionalism. General manager and leadership staff need to get get real with these delays and lack of staff. I felt like nobody really understood what the issues were with the eco diesel’s. I’m glad to have my truck back and running well ATT. Get faster on your diagnostics. Wait time will disenchant your loyal customers and kill your reviews (and bottom line) More
