I brought my 2013 Ram 1500 in for scheduled service, told the service advisor I would be waiting. I barely had time to look at the new Jeeps before my truck was finished. Where do I start! First, I took my Dodge Dart to get the shifter cable fixed again after they allready did the recall 3 monthes ago. They tried to charge me 600 dollars to fix what they allready fixed 3 mon shifter cable fixed again after they allready did the recall 3 monthes ago. They tried to charge me 600 dollars to fix what they allready fixed 3 monthes ago. After I through a fit they didnt charge me. I then took my Dodge Ram Eco Diesel in for a recall. So they call me and say that the fluid reservoir was cracked and a hose was leaking. Ok, I told them to fix it. I get a bill for around 800 dollars. I looked the parts up and OEM parts total was around 200 dollars. So I questioned the lady I was dealing with and asked her why it was so much. She then gave me a generic answer. I was totally pissed at this point. I told her to take the parts off, put my old ones back on and I would take it to my mechanic. I had allready talked to my mechanic after she said the could nock off 10%. My response was, are you kidding me! She then asked what I would be willing to pay. I told her what my mechanic qouted me. She then said was 400 dollars ok. So they went from 800 dollars to 400, what a scam. I wonder how many people who dont know any better they srew over like this. I will NEVER BUY or have my vehicle worked on at this dealership again. More
