This dealer was a complete bait and switch. I drove all the way from south Florida with a 5 month old baby to sign on a pre arranged deal. They ran my credit and everything and told me the deal was solid. When I got in to the finance office things changed for the worse. They new I was desperate because I drove so far and jacked up the price over $200 month in interest and dealer fees. This is a complete SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE - STAY AWAY! The Sales manager Eddie is a thief and a Liar! More

When I got there to look at a Buick Enclave they had already closed for the day, but the Manager not only answered some questions we had but also showed us the car and again did all of the paperwork whe already closed for the day, but the Manager not only answered some questions we had but also showed us the car and again did all of the paperwork when really he didn't have to do that. That and the fact that this dealer does not mark up the cars with a market adjustment which I refuse to pay. I cannot understand why anyone would want a car so badly that they actually pay the dealer to sell them one. One word of caution to all dealers that do this or did this during this time, I will remember and quite a few will never get any business from me again, I would rather reward the ones that didn't have this, what is basically a fee to sell me their car. More

I have been buying cars for over 30 years. Today I had the absolute best experience ever. I promised my Son-in-Law that I would call the salesperson he worked with when he bought his truck last year. Seve the absolute best experience ever. I promised my Son-in-Law that I would call the salesperson he worked with when he bought his truck last year. Several months later, I called Master Buick GMC and asked to speak to Sue. Unfortunately, Sue was on a well-deserved vacation. The Receptionist transferred me to Sue’s sales manager, Eddie. Eddie was so upbeat, and he explained that Master Buick Sales Staff did not work on commission but worked as a team. Eddie’s enthusiasm prompted me to stop by and see what they had on the used car lot. As I drove to the lot, I noticed a new truck priced within my range for a used truck. I stepped out to look at the Vehicle, and a friendly salesman, Wade, I think, walked out to greet me. He asked if he could answer any questions for me. Wade answered all of my questions. I could tell Wade knew his merchandise. He asked if I would like to start the truck, and I said sure. Wade went in to get the key, and to my surprise, the sales manager, Eddie, walked by his side. Eddie introduced himself, explained that the dealership was short-staffed, and said he would be happy to work with me. What?! I agreed and soon drove off of the lot for a test drive. I loved the GMC Sierra SLT and everything about it. When I returned, I expected to be working with Wade, which was fine. Wade knew his stuff. Surprisingly, Eddie greeted me and asked if I liked it, and invited me back to his desk to sort out the deal. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and not one time have I seen the secret man behind the curtain with the power to approve or crush my counter offer. To make a long story longer. Eddie was fantastic. Eddie explained every option available, treated me with respect, and offered alternatives. To my delight, Eddie didn’t try to push me one way or the other about an option. Eddie explained the pros and cons, shared his experience, and then left the decision to me. When Eddie turned me over to the finance manager, I knew what I was buying, exactly, and how much I was paying. Eddie had even explained the warranty options and went over probable taxes, title fees, etc. The finance manager hit me with no surprises. He was patient, answered every question. Because of the nature of his position as finance manager, he had more answers than Eddie, but he did not once contradict anything Eddie said. I have never worked with a group of people with such integrity, honesty, and professionalism. From the Receptionist to the Finance manager, I felt they were sincere and told me everything. Truthfully! Car Salespeople! The manager didn’t mind getting his hands dirty to cover the staff shortages. The Staff seemed genuinely happy. I can't say enough good things about this company. I’ll never buy a car anywhere else. Normally my reviews have a pro/con section. You've just read all of the pros. I can't think of a single con to list. Great job ya'all! More

We were very courteously greeted by Gene Baxley when we arrived at the dealership and was sincerely interested in trying to help us figure out what models might suit our needs. With the inventory low beca arrived at the dealership and was sincerely interested in trying to help us figure out what models might suit our needs. With the inventory low because of the chip situation, a lot was accomplished by talking rather than looking. He showed us an Enclave that was the right model for us but not the desired color combination. Gene, as well as your sales manager, were very helpful and provide a lot of valuable information. The entire process was stress less and done in a very professional manner. More

Very impressed by the sales team, especially Eddie & Rosco. While everyone is very friendly and, for the most part, seem to be anxious to please the customer, some of the protocol in service is less th Rosco. While everyone is very friendly and, for the most part, seem to be anxious to please the customer, some of the protocol in service is less than desirable. I had taken my newly purchased Sierra in for its first oil change & tire rotation. First I come to find out that the tire rotation is in question (did not see it on the service order and there was some other indications that raised questions). What was truly bothersome, however, was an impromptu request. This brand new 2021 truck was making a hissing sound when the passenger's seat cooling was activated (no such sound from the driver's seat or other GMC Sierra trucks with this feature). I assumed it would probably be a loose hose or something similar. I asked if this could be looked at during the oil change, but I was told that it took special technicians and I would need to make another appointment to have this investigated. I was disappointed to say the least. I would have assumed this business would have at least investigated the hissing and, if a simple repair, then do it while I was already there, however, if it would be time consuming I would understand why another appointment would be required. But no investigation at all..........it couldn't be done because I had only scheduled an oil change. Again: very disappointing. Now I must spend additional time in the lounge! More
