Every negative association I have had with buying a car has been cured by this dealership. Starting with my salesperson Debbie Colt. From day one, she had a no-hassle but helpful attitude. I'm hesitant to list all of the ways that she made the experience wonderful, only because I want you to experience it for yourself. I will be going to see Debbie when I'm ready for my next car. The entire team at HGS has met or exceeded every expectation I have had and then some. There were a few minor hiccups along the way, but they addressed them quickly and sometimes better than I would have asked. This is the Best place to service your vehicle! I took my car in because I was having an issue and my mechanic told me there was nothing wrong with my car but I knew there was. I took the car over I took my car in because I was having an issue and my mechanic told me there was nothing wrong with my car but I knew there was. I took the car over to the Service department and they were able to not only find a fix the issue But they also gave me ideas as to what needs to get fixed next. I am so thankful that Rodney was able to help me. Not only was he able to fit me in on a last minute call to get my car into service due to the fact that my thermostat had broken that same day.
