Amazing experience!!! It's very hard to find somebody who really cares about what you want and tries to make of your experience something that you won't forget, and that' It's very hard to find somebody who really cares about what you want and tries to make of your experience something that you won't forget, and that's what I have experienced in hands of Tony Araujo. So many times I' ve heard that is so unpleasant to go through all the process of buying a car, but i am very happy that Tony changed at least with me and my husband that philosophy. He was very friendly and helpful and you could tell it wasn't because he wanted to sell a car, it was because it's the way who he is. My husband had already a quote because he saw the car online.. so we had that in advantage.. when we went there the sales rep who gave us the quote (Christa)wasn't there, so Tony walked us thorough the process, which i couldn't be more grateful for. We knew what we wanted , so it was easier, plus the financing was like 45 min. I can tell in general terms we spent there 2 hours. Steve, one of the managers also sent my husband an email to let him know he was there to help in case we needed to. In general, it was a wonderful experience. I don't regret a second. More

Tony was great but the dealership lacks communication. I drove down from Hagerstown to look at a Nissan Armada I saw online and ended up getting a used Nissan Pathfinder instead. My salesman was Tony I drove down from Hagerstown to look at a Nissan Armada I saw online and ended up getting a used Nissan Pathfinder instead. My salesman was Tony Araujo and he was great!. Tony is very honest and down to earth and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. He was straightforward with me and went the extra mile to help me find just the right used vehicle. I love my Pathfinder and Tony made me feel at ease buying it. Nice job Tony!! The dealership, on the other hand, lacks communication between departments, I bought my car on a Monday and worked with Ed to do all the financial paperwork that night but the car was new on the lot and still did not have Maryland inspection done. I was told my car would be ready for pickup on a Tuesday night at 5:30 pm. On Tuesday I texted Tony right before I was going to leave my house and I'm glad I did because my car was not ready, it needed new tires and they were not in stock so they had to pick them up in the morning. So, if I did not check I would have waisted a trip from Hagerstown to Frederick. On Wednesday was told the car would be ready by 1:30 PM. I told my boss I was going to take an extended lunch break to pick up my car. I texted Tony and he said he was told it was ready and it would only take about 15 minutes to take possession of the car after I arrive. If it really were ready it would have been only 15 minutes but when I arrived again it was still in the service center. I don't blame Tony because I heard what they were telling him, it would only be 5 more minutes, which instead turned into 10, 20, 30, 40, etc... To make matters worse the person I did my financing with on Monday was off that day so they could not find my paperwork (Thursday they found my paperwork and are mailing it to me.) What was suppose to be 15 minutes, in the end, took over an hour and 20 minutes. Needless to say, I had to call my boss at work to let him know I was going to be later than I promised, he was not happy. One other thing that I am not satisfied with is that I live in Hagerstown and Younger Toyota is there, I've bought my last three cars from them, but the five "free" oil changes Younger Nissan gives for purchasing this car can't be done in Hagerstown even though they are the same company, that is ridiculous! Now I will have to drive down there to get my oil change for "free" it's not like it's special Nissan oil. Conclusion: Pleasant buying experience but confusing and frustrating working with service to take possession. I felt like the service department didn't care about getting me out on time. Car prices and Salesman Tony were great but this dealership really needs to get the rest of their act together. More

I have always returned to Steve each time I have decided on getting a new truck, there are no haggles, he listens to what I am interested in and has always provided me several choices. When it comes to pricing I have already done my research and when I work with him he has always come in with a price which I think is both fair and reasonable. With the truck I bought this time, once I decided I was in the market for a new truck I simply sent Steve an email, he responded immediately letting me know that he could hook me up with what I was ;looking for. As always, great customer service and support. One other note, I have always had my vehicles serviced at Younger Nissan, and that too has always been great, fair, and reasonable. Best decision I made when car shopping I went in with 3 things in mind I was having a hard time finding someone to work with me with my credit score but Steve never gave up on me or my lil I went in with 3 things in mind I was having a hard time finding someone to work with me with my credit score but Steve never gave up on me or my lil family he was great with my kids and trust me they are a handful when pulling out cars for me to try my kids rode with him when I thought it was a lost cause he said let me call u back in a few I didn't hold my breath as I was turned down at a few other places well he did call me back telling me I wasn't approved for a used car but him and Edward worked on it for me to get a new car approval so I drove out in a new 2018 Nissan with 6 miles on it with a big smile on my face I couldn't be any happier thank u so much Steve and Edward for ur hard dedication on my application I am very grateful for all u did and my son said he will be back in 3-5 years for a car lol ( he's 13 ) and Edward said he will hold him to that 😀😀😀😀 More

Awesome car buying experience. I recently purchased a 2011 Camry. I test drove and came back and he did my paper work and gave to the finance department. He told me it wouldn't be long and he was right. Ed Breezy personally came and greeted me and my elderly mom And everything was seamless I was out of there within two and a half hours best car experience I've ever had. I have bought several cars and I appreciate Joey and Ed being straight forward and accommodating. I highly recommend if your in the market for a new vehicle visit Younger Nissan of Frederick MD. More
