Recently, we had to work through a complicated issue with the car, and the manager really came through to find a solution that worked for me and resolved the issue. I got my first new car ever 3 years ago at Clay Subaru! When my lease was close to ending this year, I wandered over to the sales department during an oil change and Joe helped me out.
