They look down when they are talking to customers which makes them hard to hear, and don’t look at customers like they matter. Lots of pointless side conversations with other staff that seems to slow them down in getting me checked out. More

Edwin could not have been nicer. I found it odd that you would do a tire rotation without also including an alignment on my car. Also, my antenna was left in the front seat.
