Thought it would be a long shot rolling in at 2 in the afternoon on Friday for an oil change. Tim my regular service advisor was on a well. Deserved vacation so Edwin took care of me. In and out in less t afternoon on Friday for an oil change. Tim my regular service advisor was on a well. Deserved vacation so Edwin took care of me. In and out in less than 30 minutes and my truck didn’t have any oily handprints on the hood fenders or doors. Edwin was very polite and I couldn’t be happier with how fast I was in and out. I had service from the both collision department and the service department. Kyle did a super job with my USAA claim. Work was completed as and when scheduled with spotless results. Edwin worked us in for a service department. Kyle did a super job with my USAA claim. Work was completed as and when scheduled with spotless results. Edwin worked us in for a walk in appointment for routine maintenance. Oil change, tire rotation, and pressure sensor reset after rotation completed and also installed a cabin air filter. All service was excellent, courteous, and friendly. More
