We were greeted by all personnel with a friendly smile and an offer of assistance. We had a scheduled appointment with Hector Lopez but that didn't mean we only dealt with Hector. We were greeting by a number of people from the sales and finance management teams to ensure that our purchase experience from start to finish was exceptional. We were offered water and coffee by several employees during our short time at the Sport Subaru location. We felt comfortable with the atmosphere of the store and well taken care of. The start of my sales experience was through an online contact form. From the moment I selected "submit", I was contacted by Hector and we discussed my preference of custom ordering a 2020 Subaru XT Touring with some additional factory and dealer installed items. I was provided a weekly email update every Monday from when my order was placed. The car was even ready a month prior to the estimated delivery date. I always felt confident in my selection of dealerships for this purchase. Hector Lopez was our primary contact and his customer service was superb. More
