I love my Subaru...THANK YOU !! I traded in my 2013 Subaru Outback Limited 8 months ago and replaced it with a new 2019 Subaru Outback Limited, I loved both cars. Sadly I was in an I traded in my 2013 Subaru Outback Limited 8 months ago and replaced it with a new 2019 Subaru Outback Limited, I loved both cars. Sadly I was in an accident a few weeks ago and my new Outback was totaled. My first call after the insurance company was to Jonathan and Bob, because I knew I would have to get my car replaced and there was no place else I was going to go except to them. The reason, they made my first experience a good one. Buying a car is a stressful and lets face it not most peoples favorite thing to do, (but we do love our new cars). But they made the experience easy, much less stressful. Bob is great, he called to check up and make sure he knew what I wanted, which I did, so he was aware, and he keeps in contact to make sure everything is taken care of every step of the way. Jonathan, as Bob knew, I was not going to do our paperwork with anyone else. He made everything understandable and took me step by step so I felt good about my purchase and how I was spending my money and that is was right for me.
