I almost caused three accidents because it just shuts down. When I brought the car to be serviced it was explained ti me that it needed an oil change. I’m not an expert, but it’s a brand new car. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for 9 Am. i arrived at 9:05 and they said it will take about 2 hou I came in to get a recall taking care of. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for 9 Am. i arrived at 9:05 and they said it will take about 2 hours . At 10:30 I went to ask the status and they told me they did not start yet. What was the point of making an appointment if you cannot hold by it. At that point I said I would like my car back and I will leave. After speaking with the manager they were able to complete the job within 30 minutes. I was considering to get a Jeep for my next car but with this type of customer service how can I. More
