What was the point of making an appointment if you cannot hold by it. At that point I said I would like my car back and I will leave. After speaking with the manager they were able to complete the job within 30 minutes. I was considering to get a Jeep for my next car but with this type of customer service how can I. More

The worst service department It took 3 months to fix a radio. Yes folks I repeat a radio. When it finally was fixed after multiple uncomfortable visits to their location feeling like I was an annoyance, I found my glove box door broken. I opened it and it fell apart. A technician had to confirm this and never apologized or admitted it was their fault. This place never takes responsibility for their mistakes and never apologizes for the fact that you would have to come about 6 or 7 times until they could fix a radio. I will never, ever, ever, buy another vehicle at this dealership again. I warn anyone who is considering buying from then to consider the fact they may have to deal with the service center and it will not be pleasant. They are incompetent, unapologetic and you will receive the worse customer service ever. They have an "F" on the BBB website. I wish I would have checked that out before buying from them. More
