Ended up great...but took some work to get there. Initially I had gotten a recommendation to work with JT, and we spoke over the phone and set up an appointment. When I arrived for the appointment, JT was working with some other potential buyers and told me he wouldn't be able to help me that day...which was a little frustrating because I'd driven from LA specifically to work with him, but I understand that things do sometimes come up. He told me he'd find someone else to help me, and eventually Nick came over to help get me started. We looked at some new and used cars and took one out for a test drive. During the test drive I was talking with Nick, at one point I asked him a question and he didn't respond...when I looked over he was unconscious. At first I was concerned that he was having a health issue, but after a moment he lifted his head up and continued talking. I wrote it off as a strange mishap and tried to forget it after asking him if he was alright. Eventually we arrived back at the dealership and I told him I was interested in starting the paperwork for the car we'd driven. Once we were back in his office we talked a bit, and while we were talking he became unconscious again. I wasn't sure what was happening so I sat there for a moment, and eventually he perked back up. He told me he'd had a long night due to some personal matters with some family abroad and that he'd gotten very little sleep. At this point I was a little uncomfortable, but was interested in the car and wanted to continue with the paperwork. We continued talking and he fell asleep again. I told him I needed to make a call and when I returned to his office he was once again asleep. I ended up driving over to another building at the dealership and told the manager that I was interested in a specific car but would like to work with a different salesperson. When they asked what the issue was with Nick, I told them and they were very concerned. I went back out to the car I was interested in and met a new salesperson, Edy. Edy was a joy to work with and was so helpful every step of the way. I had never purchased a car from a dealership and he made the process smooth and painless. He helped me work out my financial options and make decisions in a ways that were going to benefit me the most. I never felt pushed to do anything and he really seemed to have my best interest in mind. I bought the car I'd tested and Edy even helped me to drop off my rental car and get me back to the dealership. I can't recommend him highly enough and the next time I need a new car he is the first person I will go to. My intention isn't to get Nick in trouble or place blame, but the managers told me how important it was to them that I gave an accurate and detailed review of the situation. More than anything, I was uncomfortable and felt like I wasn't being taken very seriously. I was already a bit out of my element because I'd never bought a car from a dealership before, but my experience with Nick compounded that and really did leave a bad taste in my mouth. Ultimately I had a good experience at this dealership, but the hoops I had to jump through to get there were a little silly. I love my new car, Edy is great, would be cool if JT kept his appointments, and would also be cool if Nick were awake more often. Thanks! More

I have never bought a vehicle from anyone that made it as quick and easy as they did.
