We bought my wife's 2013 Edge from Jim Rich in 2012 and I'd told Jim then that if I ever bought another Ford that it would be from him. I called Jim up on a Wednesday and he had the vehicles that I wanted to look at ready on Thursday. I went out and looked at all of them and selected a Ruby Red F-150 Lariat with the 502A package, V-6 turbo, tow package, and a spray in bed liner. The truck was ready on Friday afternoon and I went and picked it up after work and I couldn't more happy with my purchase! More

This is quite impressive and really showed me that ... 1) he was truly listening to me during our initial meeting and 2) he was working hard to make a customer happy. Randall even offered to meet me on his day off work to drive the truck. Who does that? Who offers to work on their day off? Well - Randall does - that's who! Our pre-owned F250 needed some work completed on it for us prior to and post delivery to make sure it was perfect. Doreen was in constant contact with the service department and made sure our vehicle was well taken care of and was returned to us in a timely manner. The sales manager was also following up with the service department and kept us up to date as to when it would be ready. When the time comes for me to purchase another vehicle we will be buying it from Doreen at 5 Star Ford. More

The dealer's asking price seemed a bit too high for me so Juan went back and forth with his manager and got me a great, reasonable price for my car. The process of buying it was made so easy by Juan and Mario Hurley, who also did an amazing job of attending my parents before I arrived. Tut Edwards also did a great job while finalizing the deal! I am very pleased and will definitely recommend! More
