My visit went very smoothly. Service advisor Scott Gerlikovski reviewed needed maintenance in regard to mileage as well as years(My Honda is a little over 13 yrs old). The spare Service advisor Scott Gerlikovski reviewed needed maintenance in regard to mileage as well as years(My Honda is a little over 13 yrs old). The spare key fob broke when I inserted the key to check current mileage. The fob was repaired on the spot! I appreciated the Uber ride both to and from the dealership as I have no other transportation. A very pleasant efficient experience. Will continue to take my vehicle to Norm Reeves Honda as well as recommend them to others. More
