They keep calling him to make a payment on a car that he no longer has due to this dealership not paying it off and it is affecting his credit. I am basing this review on previous experiences since my initial business with Nissan of Torrance back in 2022. These many encounters involved so many horrible experiences and interactions. Mainly from thei initial business with Nissan of Torrance back in 2022. These many encounters involved so many horrible experiences and interactions. Mainly from their service department under previous management. However, I believe that their service department is under new management under the leadership of Jason. This possibly can change the trajectory of our business and future interactions. However, only time will tell. So far it has been pleasant interacting with Jason who also took action to ensure that I was taken care of when I recently visited with a free oil change. More

The dealership looked clean and had a lot of space to wait for the cars. My biggest issue was with Marcel's lack of communication. He was nice enough but his follow-through was lacking.
