EXCELLENT !!!! After having 3 unpleasant experiences at other dealerships I was very skeptical of visiting more. I had been looking for 3 weeks for a used truck for After having 3 unpleasant experiences at other dealerships I was very skeptical of visiting more. I had been looking for 3 weeks for a used truck for my business. I found the truck on Cars.com and contacted Herb Chambers in Seekonk. I am not sure who answered the call but she was extremely pleasant and made me feel comfortable. After explaining that I had been looking for a truck for three weeks and had no more time to spare she immediately booked a salesman to bring ME the car. What a great idea. Rancier arrived at my house exactly on time at 7:15pm. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the truck and the process to buy the car. By 2:30 the next date the car was mine. In perfect condition, clean and with no hassle at all. Even my mechanic was very impressed with the condition of the truck. The dealership was clean, has very comfortable waiting areas and the process was smooth. Rancier is the guy to see. More

I did an online inquiry and received a phone call from the dealership within 5 minutes! I scheduled an appointment for two days later to see the truck. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Danielle who had called and scheduled the appointment with me. I was introduced to salesperson Jordan Dutra. Jordan immediately inquired as to how he could help me, determined my needs as far as price, trade in value and financing options. and made my experience very easy. I then met with the sales manager and completed the paperwork. That afternoon I received a call that everything was approved and asked when did I want to pick up my truck. I wasn't able to schedule a day until the following week due to work commitments. They called back and said they would deliver my truck to me the following day. I live over an hour from the dealership and this was a huge convenience and time saver. More

Can't Find the car! We called ahead to test drive a 2011 Honda Accord exl, upon arriving the car could not be found, and after driving more than an hour to see it my bloo We called ahead to test drive a 2011 Honda Accord exl, upon arriving the car could not be found, and after driving more than an hour to see it my blood pressure started to boil, Russ soon put me at ease after running thru every lot (on a really hot day only to find out it had been brought to another Herb chambers, Russ was very reassuring and had the car returned. He took the time to go over everything. Very nice person and no pressure sales! My only complaint is I asked numerous times (even asked the internet person I talked with only she didn't give an answer, just ignored that question all together) about the extended warranty, if it was included in the price and I was told it was only to get to finance and be told it would cost extra. If they were upfront with this it would make for an almost flawless transaction. More

Me met John Mitchell right as we got there, and he was great. We were looking for a no pressure, knowledgeable sales rep, and we found it in John. We ended up buying another CRV and love it. Emelio Navarro took us through the financial portion of the sale with no high pressure and great expertise. Lauren Suroweic took us through the features on the car and how they worked, and we have always had a wonderful rapport with Tim Islip in the Service area for the last 16 years. Herb Chambers hires great people, and it shows when you go into the dealership. It couldn't have been a better experience, and we are in love with the car. More
