Great Experience! As a rule buying a car is like getting a root-canal but not this time. What a great experience I had with Cliff Stern at Herb Chambers of Seekonk. Great Service and Low Pressure environment I went to the Herb Chambers dealership after going to numerous dealers. I had the best buying experience at Herb Chambers in Seekonk. I went to numero I went to the Herb Chambers dealership after going to numerous dealers. I had the best buying experience at Herb Chambers in Seekonk. I went to numerous dealers in the area and was often greeted with unfriendly staff in a high pressure environment. Herb chambers was the opposite there was no pressure in buying the car and the salesman named Phanuel was excellent. Out of all of the salesman that I spoke to Phanuel treated me with respect and had an answer for all of my questions. Phanuel was very friendly when we took the car for a test drive. He was very patient and let us inspect the car and play with all of the settings on the radio. He was also very friendly when we talked about the deal on the car. He explained a bit about himself and his work and tried to get to us on a personal level. He is very customer service orientated and was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend my friends and family to go talk to Phanuel to buy a new Honda. Emilio in the finance department was also very friendly. More

This was my first lease I went to the dealership to purchase or lease a new vehicle and was greeted by Brian Delsesto. I told him that I was interested to learn the advantag I went to the dealership to purchase or lease a new vehicle and was greeted by Brian Delsesto. I told him that I was interested to learn the advantages of leasing. We sat down and he explained everything to me in terms that I could easily understand. We went for a test ride and then sat down to see what it would cost. It wasn't long before I was the proud owner of a 2015 Honda CR-V. I wound like to say that from the initial contact to the delivery I treated like a friend. I would recommend this dealership and Brian to anyone looking for a good deal and a real nice car. More
