A very friendly and personable salesman who is eager to please. He took us out on a test drive where he displayed a great deal of knowledge about the vehicle. It didn't take us long to decide to buy the vehicle. Brian processed all the necessary paperwork in a professional manner. We completed the transaction in a relatively short time. We met with Emilio Navarro, the business manager to complete the deal. He was also a pleasure to deal with. We returned a few days later to pick up our new car. The dealer had taken care of registering the car in our home state which saved us a trip to our DMV! It took us only minutes to finalize the transaction and drive away in our new car. We had a great buying experience with Brian and this dealership and would highly recommend them to anyone. More

My wife and I purchased a Volvo XC90 from Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. We were very pleased with the service we received at the dealership from start to finish. Maged Aboudib, in particular, was more than accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. As we all know, there are some compromises we make when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle (i.e. surface scratch here and there), but when we picked up our vehicle...it actually exceeded our expectations! It looked brand new and I was thrilled to purchase one of the safest vehicles on the market for my wife and daughter to drive in...and at a great price point compared to any other dealerships! As I bounced back and forth between the Civic and the CRV I was quite sure I would hit his last nerve at some point. I found quite the opposite in Mohamed. He was kind, courteous and went over each and every detail in length. He explained the programs, pricing and broke down all of the 'fine print' for me in user friendly terms. I was overly impressed with his ability to compensate for my lack of technical terms. I walked away with not only the vehicle of my choice but the feeling like I was his only customer! This was hugh. I have been in car dealerships in the past where the salesperson was juggling between customers and left me feeling like I was intruding on their time. This was certainly not the case with Mohamed. A true professional in every sense. I would send my family and friends to your dealership and highly recommend Mohamed Hussein to guide them through every aspect of their searching for the right fit in a vehicle. I checked ahead to see if they had the two Certified Pre-Owned '09 Civics we wanted to test drive. Bruce took us on a test drive, asked us which one we liked better, we told him, and that was pretty muc Pre-Owned '09 Civics we wanted to test drive. I really don't think it could have been easier and more straightforward than it was with Bruce. It made me wish I could buy a Civic with him every weekend (also, the website shows their inventory and provides CarFax for each used vehicle - very useful). The part with the Business Manager where they suggest additional warranties - that part was easy, too. We didn't want any, and they didn't pressure us. Seekonk is a 90-min drive for us, and I'd go there again for the next car. Having a good dealer and Bruce makes all the difference. More
