This was my second time going to Herb Chambers for a new (used) car, and each time I have been treated with kindness and the utmost professionalism. I found a great deal online using the Herb Chambers website, and drove about 45 minutes all the way down to Seekonk from outside of Boston. Phanuel was the first one to greet me when I arrived and I knew off the bat that he would help me get the car I was looking for. We ended up taking out a beautiful certified Honda Accord for a spin and I purchased it right after. Phanuel made everything super easy for me and the process was a piece of cake. Emilio in the finance department was also top notch and really explained all the terms in detail. I have already recommended friends/family to use Herb Chambers, but now I will also let them know that the staff down in Seekonk is worth the drive. Brian DelSesto, was our sales consultant and he was terrific to deal with. From his initial welcome to the dealership, during the test drive, through the entire purchase process, and ultimately when taking delivery just a couple of days later, he was a consummate professional every step of the way and made the entire process easy and painless. Emilio Navarro, our Business Manager, was great to work with as well and thoroughly answered all of my questions as far as the business side of the transaction was concerned. As far as the vehicle itself, what can I say - I LOVE this car - in fact, I make up excuses now just so I can take it out on errands! The car is in pristine condition, I got a great deal and I couldn't be more pleased with my investment. We went to Herb Chambers because of their reputation. We had already priced out the vehicle we wanted else where but wanted to test drive the car at Herb Chambers.
