She understood the dynamics of the sale that she was trying to help and educate my wife in the p Sales person was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. She understood the dynamics of the sale that she was trying to help and educate my wife in the purchase of a car and one she had no experience with. She listened well to her needs very well. It was a bit disappointing that the original car we had interest in did not have a critical feature. But the alternative, while more expensive, proved to be a better choice for her. I would say that the negative was the inordinate amount of time it took to finish the deal(5.5 hours). The wait time for the lease person and the time to finish the lease was a bit painful. It was a much longer experience than my previous leases( about 4 or 5) More
