Jerome was kind and demonstrated that he cared that we were getting what we wanted. We had mentioned we had other cars we were looking at and appreciated his time. His attitude towards us did not change a were getting what we wanted. We had mentioned we had other cars we were looking at and appreciated his time. Mike and his team are to be commended for outstanding service for my Outback’s 30K. From the scheduling, drop-off, notification and delivery I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
