First time at Royal Moore Toyota. Making an online appointment was quick and easy! Was able to schedule a convenient time for me quickly. Was greeted by Emily, who looked up my vehicles history and explained I didn’t actually need service. Got a complimentary inspection and was not upsold on anything I didn’t need. Emily and Ben were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The services were done quickly. I came in for a 10,000 mile check and needed some additional services. During a chat a couple of week prior to my app The services were done quickly. I came in for a 10,000 mile check and needed some additional services. During a chat a couple of week prior to my appointment. I asked that they be added to my appointment. I was told (chat) they had been and that a service advisor would contact me. That didn't happen, nor was I contacted after leaving two subsequent voice mails for service advisors. Ben took the time to meet with me and explain that the dealership has fairly new system. I encourage you to fix your system very quickly so you can properly support your staff and customers. More
