Came in today for an oil change/ tune up and was told it was going to take 3 hours and they even offer me a ride home and picked me up she the vehicle was done. Surprisingly it only took less than two hours was going to take 3 hours and they even offer me a ride home and picked me up she the vehicle was done. Surprisingly it only took less than two hours. Extremely satisfied and will be back for my next service thank you. Above and beyong my expectations. More

I was helped as soon as I pulled in to get my service done! Even better, I was in and out in less than an hour even they said it would take a little over an hour. Average experience overall. Like most dealership service departments these days, mostly everyone is polite, though the competence level of the staff and being treated like a per Like most dealership service departments these days, mostly everyone is polite, though the competence level of the staff and being treated like a person instead of a customer to be cleared off a list varys greatly depending on the staff member helping you. Emily Olesen is a bright spot to the service advisors. She is not my usual person but she will be from now. The service dept mixed up my AC filter with engine filter while my car was in for routine service. Long story short, they didn’t replace my dirty engine air filter but marked my AC filter down as needing attention, even though it was changed. Instead of having to wait for an available mechanic to correct the error (or make a new appointment for another day), Emily volunteered to replace the filter for me in the parking lot. Not only did she treated me like a human being, instead of someone to clear off a to-do list, she went above and beyond to save me time and trouble and fixed an issue that had nothing to do with her, even though she wasn’t even my service advisor. She was knowledgeable and willing to step in to make things right. Emily is the bright spot at the service desk and turned this experience from a terrible one to a good one. More

The service advisors were all very keen on making the process of getting service done on my car very smooth and transparent.
