I had a great experience at Royal Moore! I contacted them in advance because I was looking at a specific vehicle. When I arrived, the car was already ready for me at the front of the lot, I contacted them in advance because I was looking at a specific vehicle. When I arrived, the car was already ready for me at the front of the lot, and my salesperson Emmylea immediately came out to greet me. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process and *never once* made me feel pressured nor rushed. Before interacting with Royal Moore, I'd recently had a horrible experience buying a car from another dealership and was looking to trade it in as quickly as possible and upgrade to something better. Because of this, I was being extra cautious, so I told Emmlylea and the other sales team members that I really liked the car but needed to sleep on it before making a decision. Most dealerships pull the classic "If you walk away right now, you won't see a deal like this!" gross tactic(s). This team did not do that at all! When I woke up the next morning, it was clear to me that I wanted to buy the car, so I returned the following evening to complete the process. I asked them to crunch multiple numbers to weigh all of my options, and they patiently went through various scenarios to ensure I could make the best informed decision. The finance manager Ashley was also very helpful and fully explained the costs and details of various warranty and protection options. I ended up with the Platinum Warranty (which I typically don't go for!) as well as the maintenance package for a great deal. In terms of peace-of-mind that I wouldn't be buying a lemon, I received a *3-page* printout of all the extensive checks and services that the car had been through before I even test drove it. I ended up with a 2024 Subaru Outback Onyx and walked away a happy customer. I just took it out for its first Sunday Drive spin, and it handles great on both the highway the and country backroads. I'm so happy that I got it from this dealership and that Emmylea received the commission from my sale because she deserves it. If you are looking for a Subaru and a great customer service experience, I highly recommend this dealership - especially if you've ever dealt with a sleazy one.
