Matt and finance manager Mo were a dream team to work with, incredibly diligent and helpful to get my husband and I into our 2025 Chevy Equinox. We were not easy on Matt with negotiations, but he took with, incredibly diligent and helpful to get my husband and I into our 2025 Chevy Equinox. We were not easy on Matt with negotiations, but he took it in stride and did not let that affect the outcome of getting us into our new vehicle. Matt’s demeanor never caved, he remained professional and heard our concerns, accepted the challenge and made it happen. David in finance called me a couple of days ago to find out why I left an unhappy google review. He explained to me he was on vacation and just got my message. He was very helpful and listened to my issues out why I left an unhappy google review. He explained to me he was on vacation and just got my message. He sent me an email immediately with the correct paperwork I asked for. I will say he handled the situation professional and went out of his way to solve the issue.
