Good except for the 40 dollar “shop supplies” charge on a 400 dollar battery. Blatant money grab. Only use the dealership as last resort. They came to home for airbag Re-call in a beautiful 2004 BMW. The service person was nice enough and a quick job; However, someone should “school” him to NOT place the part box on the TRUNK of my vehicle wh BMW. The service person was nice enough and a quick job; However, someone should “school” him to NOT place the part box on the TRUNK of my vehicle when unpacking and repacking old part. NOR should he place the clipboard on the trunk, ie, basically using my trunk as his work “bench”. Not at all professional. More
