Bad experience with service. - Service department does not response to needs. - I bought car at dealership and have now had two bad experiences and no positive ones. First, brou - Service department does not response to needs. - I bought car at dealership and have now had two bad experiences and no positive ones. First, brought car into service and waited an hour before they met with me. Even when asked to see manager I had to wait. Second, had an issue with car that I was trying to get resolved. I twice called the service department at dealership and never received a call back. More
