Used car Bought a large used car from there. Noticed to large rust spots on the roof of the car covered in paint. Was not disclosed to me when Before I Purchas Bought a large used car from there. Noticed to large rust spots on the roof of the car covered in paint. Was not disclosed to me when Before I Purchased the car and who climbs on top of a car to inspect the roof when buying a car. Had I been informed of this, it I would not have purchased this car and I would have picked something else. I've been going back and forth with the dealership for almost 4 weeks. No one returns my calls, and when I finally do get someone on the phone I get nasty attitudes all around. These people need serious customer service training. i was told to call Karen Sheppard to put in a complaint but haven't heard back from her either. I went there with good faith and definitely was not rewarded. I would never recommend them to anyone ever. Wish I had seen all these reviews before I went up there More

I think they should still honor it or at least do 2 passes or something. I have bought my last 3 cars from you guys and I think maybe this will be the last. Not everybody sees these promotions but when they do spend a lot of money they should be honored. More
