One of the worst experience I had with a dealer. They couldn’t tell me why my car was having problems starting, the first cost was $175 then after they couldn’t tell me why it was not. they wanted $300 m couldn’t tell me why my car was having problems starting, the first cost was $175 then after they couldn’t tell me why it was not. they wanted $300 more to look closer. So I was already heading up to $500 and still they couldn’t tell me what my problem was. After this when I picked the car up my keyless entrance was not working, my car exhaust pipe had a hole sounds like a race car and the reason I took it for not starting was still not fixed. I will never visit this dealership to get my car repaired or to purchase a vehicle. More

Very disappointed with the service I received from the service writer and the technician. The tech didn’t reinstall parts so when I picked up my vehicle items were hanging from the bottom of the car causi service writer and the technician. The tech didn’t reinstall parts so when I picked up my vehicle items were hanging from the bottom of the car causing ride handling issues. The belly pan cover was missing which was causing another under bottom shield to hang (metal) as I drove route 30(Lincoln highway)you could hear it. I knew something was wrong. another driver flagged me down and told me there were sparks coming from under my car. So I pulled over and looked to see shield was missing and the metal component was hanging hitting the ground. I returned to the dealer And spoke to my service writer. the service writer Erik was very rude and condescending. when I returned asking about the missing splash shield, He proceeded to blame it on a previous collision (already fixed) that had nothing do with what happened with that shield. When he went to get the tech and he proceeded to say the same thing. I told them both the shield was on the vehicle prior to coming here for service where is it at? After walking the tech out to the vehicle and show him what I’m talking (I believe his name is Cody)about he he took my vehicle back into the shop and comes back and just so happens to find the missing parts in the trash so he reinstalled them and Cody’s exact words “were out of site out of mind”. I have never had such poor customer service ever! I will never have my vehicle repaired at this dealership again. I wanted to a purchase a new ford suv within the next month and this was going to be the first place I go but I wouldn’t even recommend anyone even purchase a car from here. More
