I bought a car from Toyota of Braintree way back in 2013 and after 255,000 miles, it was time to get new car. After checking the website (which is one of the best out there!), I went in to speak to a salesp and after 255,000 miles, it was time to get new car. After checking the website (which is one of the best out there!), I went in to speak to a salesperson. Ed Hayes was most helpful in showing me to the car I'd seen on the website and did everything possible to make my purchase of the certified RAV4 a reality. Ed was most helpful in answering questions, pointing out the key features of the newer RAV4 and taking care of the paperwork and explaining the timeline for getting everything done so I could drive my new RAV4 home. I was even offered a reasonable trade-in value for my old RAV4! Today I drove the new (to me) RAV4 off the lot and home, and I am anticipating a number of years of faithful service from this car. Through the whole process, Ed has been great at keeping in touch and keeping be advised of where we stood in the purchasing process and with the RMV. More
