I had some routine maintenance scheduled along with a couple additional issues to be resolved. The scheduling process was extremely simple and the services were quick and professional. There was one remaining issue after the initial service that required an additional part. Subaru provided the part to Dean Team and after working, on different occasions, with Eric, Jeff, and Annie to get updates on the part and scheduling my appointment, they were able to resolve my issue at no additional cost to me within two weeks. More

Purchased a 2018 Volkswagen GTI Ryan was very friendly and helpful. He is very knowledgeable about the GTI and was able to explain and demonstrate the features of the car. Jeff Price was also very helpful in that he kept me up to date on the progress of my car via text and phone calls. I feel very comfortable dealing with anyone at this dealership. Sometimes as a young(ish) female I can feel that I am being taken advantage of, but not here. They will do everything they can for you! More
