We set aside an afternoon for test drives and specified we likely would not buy on that day, but, rather, we would evaluate the cars, think about the purchase, and as long as we found the right car, come back to buy. That's no problem for Donohoo. There is NO hurry-up, buy-now approach. Instead, Donohoo takes the time to answer your questions and give you the time to decide. They even pulled up the cars next to each other so we could compare them side-by-side. We particularly appreciate the information Eric Jones provided and his overall approach to working with customers. Further, the value Donohoo offered for our trade was very fair. The purchase price for the new car was great. And the financing process was seamless. Lastly, when the car was pulled up for us to take it home, it was IMMACULATE - we were thrilled with the clean and spotless interior and exterior. It was filled with gas, and a dealer rep was on-hand to answer any final questions about the car's features. This was our second purchase from Donohoo. After some time, we look forward to our third. More
