Could have been Much better I arrived to meet a pre-arranged sales person. He kindly greeted me and said he was just about to get a sandwich. I, not wanting to interfere with the young man's lunch break, told him to go right ahead while I make up my mind. I never saw him again. At one point I needed to ask a question. I had to go to one of the two, Very Professional young ladies at the front desk. She said my guy was "x" and she paged him to come to his customer up front. Again, I never saw him and had to ask a different sales petson! Actially, I didn't see him until I signed the last page of my loan page. Not cool. Once I got the Mercedes-Benz home, I could smell burning oil in a big way! Not sure about that...yet. Also, the tire pressure warning came on, on the 2nd day. Needless to say, I'm very concerned about this vehicle! Jonathan, the "closer," was VERY Professional and kind! I'd give him an "A" for sure! Also, Michelle, the loan documentation lady was Great!! Answered EVERY question I had, without hesitation! She was also Very Professional and kind! The car I purchased is a beautiful, clean, car. Just, some items concern me. Overall, I give the entire transaction a, "C+." Not sure who the dealership manager is, but my advice to her/him, is more coaching & training with his sales force. More

THE DONOHOOAUTO EXPERIENCE! I had a great experience with DonohooAuto. First of all, the online website is something special. I was able to do my homework daily, studying and sel I had a great experience with DonohooAuto. First of all, the online website is something special. I was able to do my homework daily, studying and selecting cars of interest. I narrowed down at least ten cars that I wanted to see and drive. So I copy and printed pages of pictures, with prices, milages, VIN # and stock numbers. I was prepared to find the cars I wanted to take a closer look at . . . but I never expected the experience I received when I entered the business. I was greeted by Eric Jones, Senior Sales Person. He guided me to Melissa, at the reception desk. I only had to give her the homework. She explained everything. She gave me two stock numbers at a time. The cars were brought to the front by several courteous drivers, who were tech savvy, with AC on and keys waiting for me to take a test drive. I think I had driven at least eight cars before selecting two to discuss with Eric. After returning home, making a decision, I purchased the Benz. I continued to communicate with Eric until the sale was finalized. He then made a final contact to make sure all the business was completed and promised that my car would be delivered. Another nice lady made contact to make sure that I was in place to receive my car. That evening two gentlemen drove my car home yesterday and guided me in signing the bill of sale. They were quite helpful in explaining some major operations of the car. I really enjoyed the experience! I have already guided my son-in-law to the site to help him select his next auto. Thanks for everything, guys!! More
