Very helpful and friendly service. Was greeted immediately upon entering showroom and waiting was minimal. I had the pleasure of working with Jake Smith at Handy Toyota. He was so knowledgeable and easy to work with it made it the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had! By the end of the sale I was Toyota. He was so knowledgeable and easy to work with it made it the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had! By the end of the sale I was calling him the "Tacoma King" because he knew more about the truck than the person that designed it. I also worked with Eric McLaren, Jamie Shea, and Adam Luneau and every one of them were really helpful in explaining all my options to me. The way that Handy Toyota bends over backwards to go the extra mile was refreshing, and will keep me there as a customer for a long haul. Extremely pleased with all the details that needed to be addressed as I use it for my Driver Education vehicle. This is my 3rd Prius being used for my business and purchased from this business. The dealership is not overpowering or pushy. They listened to me and what I needed for a vehicle. The transfer of the instructor brake was installed correctly. I can’t say enough for their patience with me and what I needed to set it up for my teaching in this vehicle. I had an extremely positive experience. I know when I trade again I will go back to Handy. I do not see the name of my sales person, he paid attention to my needs.
