Kreg was personable and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing and very helpful in the car buying process overall. The Salesperson Nick O’Daniell was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about him. The only negative is the person above him that orders the vehicles told us the sunroof which we said we wanted was in o enough good things about him. The only negative is the person above him that orders the vehicles told us the sunroof which we said we wanted was in our package of the limited Pacifica we ordered. Sadly that person was wrong and we were out a sunroof. We ordered in March and it finally came in in late August. We were told we would get the current rebate which was way worse than the rebates offered when we ordered it. We called Chrysler customer service which transferred us to incentives department. They said the dealer should honor the better rebates but didn’t have to. I went in and talked to Nick and then he talked to someone else (I believe a manager and a principal of the dealer). I was told they made some phone calls to Chrysler. A couple hours later we received a phone call from Nick saying we would get the rebates offered when we ordered which was great news. Unfortunately they couldn’t do anything about the sunroof. So after discussing with my wife we decided to go through with the purchase. The wife has only been driving it for about five days now and she said she is really liking it just misses the sunroof. If Chrysler reads this please come out with some type of software or mechanical update where we can program how high the rear lift gate opens. We can’t open it in garage because it will hit the door. So whenever we need to unload groceries or anything from the back we have to park it in driveway, unload it, then pull into the garage. Which really stinks especially when it is raining. All of our other vehicles have that capability. More
