My second time in DCH, this time it was better thanks to Mr Eric Morgenstern. I was concerned coming again to the center but Eric made me comfortable, he was believable and he spoke from a point of care. My Mr Eric Morgenstern. My first time in last year was not so good, everything was cold and the care was not there, explanation was just over my head but this time with Eric it was very warm. Armando, the financial manager was very friendly and helpful, he explained to my best ability, English is not my primary language and relatively new in the State. Overall 10/10 for Eric Morgenstern.
