Bought a certified Buick and thought it should be top notch, Not so much, brakes were bad from jump, had less than 5,000 the first year and all the rotors were bad. Had an issue with the a/c in my 2015 Equinox, so i called the dealership to get an appointment. I wanted to get it in on a Monday so that it would hopefully get done by Thursday since we were leaving for out the dealership to get an appointment. I wanted to get it in on a Monday so that it would hopefully get done by Thursday since we were leaving for out of town on Friday. Got my appt scheduled for the following Monday (approximately a week later). Brought the vehicle in on that Monday for my 7:45 appt. and discussed what the symptoms were with the a/c issue and what steps I had taken. Also added an oil change to the service request. Ticket was written up and signed. I was then told that they would get back to me within 48 to 72 hours with a diagnosis. I guess it was my mistake for not stressing that we needed the car for our Friday departure By Thursday morning we still had not received a call back with the diagnosis. I called and asked for our service rep and was told he was with a customer and that they would have him call me back. By noon I had still not received a call so I called back and was told the same thing. At about 3:00 I called back and again was told that he was with a customer. I told the operator that I the car went in for service on Monday morning and it was now Thursday afternoon and that I still did not have a diagnosis. After a short time my rep came on the phone with a diagnosis. Needless to say that the car would not be ready for us to use for our trip. I would like to know why they had me bring the vehicle in on Monday if they could not diagnose the problem until Thursday afternoon? I have purchased two vehicles here and the buying experience was great, I have no problem with the service of the vehicle - the a/c works fine now. Not real pleased with the customer service/lack of communication More
