Great experience! I must admit I was not very confident going in that I would find what I wanted but Joe Finley found the right vehicle and a way to get the deal done! When sitting with Brent Penn in Finance, every detail was explained, clear and concise, as well as unexplored financing options that ultimately saved me money. Who does that!? My vehicle delivery, initially thought to be a confusing task because of the intricacy of these futuristic vehicles, Erica Pollino was very calm and patient with all questions, concerns and of course, repeat questions. Her knowledge of the vehicles is extensive! What a great Team! As much as I love my new car, I can’t wait to buy my next one from Northside Lexus! More
