Every employee we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. My wife was very surprised when an employee brought the vehicle into the building, put a bow on it and photographed her by the car. She was thankful that he spent time with her going over the various instruments and controls, how they worked and how to operate them. He also set up her cellphone to work with the vehicle.
