Erich was extremely knowledgeable, polite and courteous. His knowledge of the vehicle and it's equipment were outstanding, there were no questions he could not answer and he was quick to point out the smaller details and nuances of the options. At no time was he pushy, distracted or in a hurry. After one test drive, Erich knew exactly what type of model I was looking for. We decided to get the new Mercedes E450 cab 2019. It has everything I wanted in the car and one of the best features - the self-park and all the safety that comes along with it. It is indeed the dream car that I have been wanting to drive and I couldn't stop being amazed by the German design and engineering. I mean no offense with American made but Mercedes Benz thought of everything you could possibly need. Erich continued to follow up and set me up for more learning about Mercedes Benz. He even helped and sent a tech to come over to the house to sync the garage door to my new Mercedes. When I came by to the Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands they even offer free car wash and while waiting at the beautiful lounge the employees are very pleasant and Nic was nice to even make a short conversation and ask how I like the car. I purchased two cars at this time. The only problem in the purchase was the delivery time. The new model release from Germany was a bit of a problem. But the dealership was very accommodating through the transaction. My salesman was Erich Beasley. His sales method is no pressure, very laid back and easy going. He is very knowledgeable of the product lines. It is nice to ask a detailed question and get an answer that is right and not, "let me check on that". More
