I was born in Iowa and moved to Kansas City when I was 10 years old. I have worked in three dealerships since graduating High School. I started at Rob Sight January of 2006. When I started here I was working in Mazda Service which was the new facility. I really enjoy the employees and customers all around. I am in the process of building a truck in my spare time. I also enjoy playing darts and riding 4 wheelers!

Awsome service! I had previously gone to a Ford dealership in Harrisonville because it was closer. They told me i had a couple of things wrong with my vehicle despite I had previously gone to a Ford dealership in Harrisonville because it was closer. They told me i had a couple of things wrong with my vehicle despite me having had one of fixed already, and told me i did not have a recall on my car when i already had looked and new i did, not trustworthy. They diagnosed the actual problem, Fixed my recall all at a reasonable price and not the $400 plus the other place quoted me. Had a wonderful experience as always, definitely worth the extra drive. More

Phenomenal Customer Service! Erik Davidson at Rob Sight Ford has been spectacular to work with! I saw him in October for a major part repair and felt that he was very trustworthy Erik Davidson at Rob Sight Ford has been spectacular to work with! I saw him in October for a major part repair and felt that he was very trustworthy and easy to talk to. I then had a knocking noise in the front of my car that I needed looked at. I took it to a mechanic, just because it was closer to my house, and was misdiagnosed, paying $170 for something that did not even need to be fixed. I then decided that I just needed to take my car to Erik, which I should have done in the first place! It was something as simple as needing caliper clips, which they added, and after such a small bill and small amount of time having to wait, we were on our way! From now on, I will only take my car to Erik at Rob Sight! Thanks so much for the fantastic service! Very trusting of Erik and his knowledge and customer service are excellent! Keep up the great work, Erik! You really make a difference there! More

Just want to give a special thanks to Erik for going above and beyond in providing outstanding customer service. Last week I made an appointment for a checkup and oil change, but when I arrived the ser above and beyond in providing outstanding customer service. Last week I made an appointment for a checkup and oil change, but when I arrived the service dept was backed up with an unusual number of "walk-ins". Rather than keeping me waiting for a really long time, he personally made sure my appointment was honored and completed in a timely manner. I really appreciated that, as I live about 40 miles away and planned my day based on my appointment time. This was my first service since purchasing my new car and I left with a very positive experience at Rob Sight thanks to Erik Davidson. More

When I purchased my new Focus Titanium, I tendered an internet coupon that was supposed to be good for 6 free oil changes with the purchase of a new vehicle. When I brought the car in for service, Erik a internet coupon that was supposed to be good for 6 free oil changes with the purchase of a new vehicle. When I brought the car in for service, Erik asked if I had any coupons or paperwork to support my claim, and I indicated that I did not. He said not to worry about it and he'd take care of it, which he did; however, I waited over an hour and a half for a simple oil change. When the cashier called my name, I was happy to see that there was not a balance due, but I still don't have any coupons or supporting paperwork for the five remaining oil changes. I expected a little more follow-up from my salesperson, especially in light of the fact that I paid cash for my new vehicle. More
