I had a good experience working with Erik. Unfortunately when he dropped me off at finance I was left to sit and wait for what seemed like a long time. Nobody came to check on me or offer me some water. The paperwork was all done remotely. Spent 1 min. with the rep. On my way home I found out that the windows were not working. I am happy with my car but disappointed that sending all my info in advance did not get me on my way sooner. Not a comfortable place during construction. Hopefully it will improve. More

This is the 3rd vehicle leased with Otany. Came in on a Friday evening and worked with Otany to pick out a vehicle and color. We negotiated a bit and I came back on Monday.
