To whom it may concern. My truck has a phaser rattling issue that is under warranty. Brought it in a few times to have this disturbing rattle fixed. They give it back saying My truck has a phaser rattling issue that is under warranty. Brought it in a few times to have this disturbing rattle fixed. They give it back saying its fixed with plugging it into their computer. I drove it and still hear the rattle when accelerating. Not fixed.. The next morning I start my truck it sounds horrible and not fixed at all... They still do not honor the warranty and refuse to just fix the problem correctly. I have paid for all the warranty extras even though this is covered under factory warranty. The service people are nice and friendly, but that doesn't fix the truck. I don't have any trust or confidence in this service shop.. I have to work with a lawyer now just to have this simple issue fixed because I get the constant runaround when I try to work directly with the service department. I also ask for the key code to the keypad on my driver side door and I'm told it's going to be really hard for them to get almost impossible so they just ignore my request and I still can't get the key code to my door. I feel that the simple issues are turned into huge issues due to laziness and lack of willingness to just helped the customer that has paid for these warranties. My service advisor Eric Holder was very pleasant and knowledgeable in addressing my concerns and situation. He was extremely busy at the time I showed up a day early for my appointment but took care of knowledgeable in addressing my concerns and situation. He was extremely busy at the time I showed up a day early for my appointment but took care of me immediately identifying a problem with my car. This was very confidence inspiring and my car was fixed perfectly Wayne Akers Ford will be my service center of choice especially with Eric helping me. More
