We expected a higher end experience from this dealership. Instead we encountered the same sales games that other dealers play which resulted in a complete fiasco; which took us one solid week to sort out. No Owners manual provided. I was told BMW doesn’t provide them anymore. I bought one on EBay. No second key with car. I was told a duplicate had to come from Germany. I got one from the service dept when I brought the car in for minor repair and windshield protection I purchased with vehicle. I emailed the sales mgr prior to this review. No response. More
