She went beyond my expectations to make sure that my car gets the best service and the service time was respected. Erin welcomed me with a great smile after I told her why I was there, she reassured me that she will take care of everything and that my car will be serviced within an hour. She came many times in the waiting room to check on me and to update me on my car. My car was serviced within an hour as Erin promised me. I am so thankful for the experience I had today with Erin.
