Mfon Durant was enthusiastic but failed to inform us about an unforseen $250.00 charge which Erinson explained to us that it was for plates at the time of submitting the check for final payment. I pointed out to Erinson that the color reflected on the document incorrectly shows BK (as in Black) whereas the actual color of the vehicle is GY (Gray). He xx me as said that that is because Gray is closest to Black. I work in Insurance so I know that is not correct. So I pointed this out to Mfon, who agreed with me and advised he will take steps to get this corrected with DMV. Mfon sometimes don't seem to know some things about the vehicle. When I pointed out to him the area where the jack is stored, he said it is computer wires. At last when we were about to take home the vehicle, Mfon asked for a tip, much to our dismay. More

I was pleasantly surprised. I was calling around trying to find a 2024 manual supra and everybody I spoke to wanted 20% more than advertised MSRP. It was just like Covid again lol by chance I called my local dealer and was quite amazed that they had a 2024 manual available and that they were willing to take my trade . they had to see my trade before giving me a actual price but that wasn’t a problem. So when I finally got there with my trade I called the dealer and told him I was at their location. To my pleasant surprise, I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Al Toussaint Who stated he was a salesman and was going to help me. Let me tell you I was treated like royalty with such professionalism and courtesy . Incredibly he took out a piece of paper and wrote down what I wanted my wish list and went to work for me for the price of the car and my trade within 15 minutes we had a deal done and everything that I wrote down on the paper was written on my contract, no deviation at the finance personnel’s office who was also very professional Arslan Aslam, and Frank Hussain . I just left there with a good feeling. And no buyers remorse lol if you’re looking for a Toyota, I would definitely check them out first and tell them Steve sent you and you want the same professionalism and courtesy More
