I've unfortunately only been a Joyce Honda customer since around 2019. Well, can't change what's happened in the past but I'm happier than ever since I've switched from Toyota (was a customer of Toyota for around 2019. I am really very happy with the sales and service departments. Everyone is always a delight to deal with. It's almost as if each individual is a customer service manager and has to do his/her best to satisfy the customer. The extremely knowledgeable Kelly is my go to in the service dept. and Joe is the best salesman I've ever dealt with !!
