I've now leased, bought out a lease, and most recently purchased a new vehicle from them, and I've been confident each time that I'm getting exactly what I want and know exactly what I'm getting. This time around, I was looking to purchase a Rav4 Hybrid with my husband, but had to coordinate around many sensitive moving parts and parameters, including the illness and passing of a grandparent. The compassion and patience of Ersilia, Sean, and Manager Kelly was so helpful and appreciated. The communication was just what it needed to be at the time.
