I bought the warranty and never received any paperwork or email proving I have the warranty or showing what it covers. Saleswoman was great, price was good nothing amazing but nothing bad either, i was in a rush so just took whatever it was. The paperwork took 2 hours although i was paying cash for the entire car. I have purchased cars in under 30 minutes from start to finish so i was a bit annoyed by the waiting around. Another reason why i did not rate the dealer 5 stars was due to service the paperwork guy provided , at first he was nice and attentive however when we declined to purchase extended coverage his attitude quickly changed, he became rude and aggressive. When i go back for another car (soon) I do not want to see this fella or else i will scrap the deal. More

They screwed me over all the way around. I went in to do a lease buy out. They gave me a high APR (6.9%) with a 713 credit score. Not only that but in the finance department they added $7,000 worth of thing a lease buy out. They gave me a high APR (6.9%) with a 713 credit score. Not only that but in the finance department they added $7,000 worth of things that I never approved and he (Aurelio) use the signing pad to get signatures to add to everything to approve the charges without ever explaining or even showing me the breakdown of all the charges. I went back to speak to Ezperanza Romero and she managed to help me out and make things right with the help of Martha Guzman. More
